What’s been happening:

28 years and counting and I still value my days at Penn State. My career path has changed much over the years from working for the Commonwealth of PA in air quality control to working for a now defunct company that made nuclear-powered heart pacemakers to the coal industry to insurance/financial planning and finally today as a risk manger for the nation's largest provider of pharmaceuticals to correctional facilities. I've been happily married for 30 years with three children. Sadly, none of them are interested in attending Penn State. Where did I go wrong? My middle child got to go to Italy. I was excited for her because I'm Italian and I always wanted to visit, so I lived vicariously through her. I had three open heart surgeries in 1983 to replace a diseased heart valve. The docs finally got it right. I love to play golf and read. I thought I'd be retired by now, but you know how that goes. I'd like to move to North or South Carolina because I'm tired of the PA winters.
